The brewing process is easy: Place a cone-shaped paper coffee filter into the glass filter, followed by coffee grounds. Ensure the valve is closed before adding hot water to the top reservoir. Open the metal valve to allow a slow water drip onto the coffee grounds for extraction. The needle valve can be adjusted to increase or slow the drip rate based on your preference. 

* MUST use "drip-style filter paper" that comes to a pointed tip bottom. Flat-bottom filter papers will not work with this and will not allow the drip to fall into the flask (reference photo example).
