I didn't pay attention to the shipping fees but despite its cross-Atlantic journey it arrived in a lovely box, well protected and safe. Exactly like the photos. My brother in law was pleased.

I ordered the chemistry beaker coffee mug (5) for gifts. Upon delivery, one of the five were completely shattered. Referring to the delivery email, sent via your company, I responded to let you know of the problem and included a picture of the broken product. I asked if the broken mug could be replaced since your email stated "we would love to hear from you". No response from your service department/store. In a panic, I ordered a replacement (now out $50). Again, I received a "wow two orders from you email" which included a "we would love to hear from you" statement in the same email. Again, I responded to let your service department/store know why I had to fork out another $25. So maybe leaving a review on this platform I can get an answer.
