02 · CUSTOMIZATION
The one thing a generic vendor cannot match
The front calibration markings stay. Your mark goes on the body, lid or strap — and for a chemistry-led brand, so can the molecule.
- Send the structure as a drawing or a SMILES string and it comes back on a digital proof before anything is produced.
- A newly drawn structure may be quoted as artwork work on top of the standard setup.
- Lid-top engraving is an add-on from 50 units; UV body printing, custom strap colours, silicone bases and custom vessel colourways each carry their own higher minimum.
- Finishes are matte powder coat. We do not colour-match to a product shade — the closest standard finish is chosen and the exact brand colour carried on the strap.

From formula to delivery
Artwork and project details
Send quantity, required in-hands date, destination ZIP code, finish, and the mark, formula or structure.
Production proof
A digital proof is issued before anything is produced, structure included where one applies.
Approval and production
Production begins once the proof is approved in writing. Artwork is kept on file for the next drop.
Delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before you commit.
Route is selected by quantity, deadline, inventory, decoration and destination, and domestic stock is evaluated first. Domestic stock is fast-turn U.S. inventory; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Expedited air is project-specific. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates — a launch date does not move, so send yours early and the schedule is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Selling it at retail rather than gifting it?
Carrying the vessel as a retail SKU runs on separate terms from this schedule. Register for a trade account and the relevant sheet will be sent.

Frequently asked questions
Can you engrave a molecular structure or a formula?
Yes — this is the one customization a generic drinkware vendor cannot match for a chemistry-led brand. Send the structure as a drawing or a SMILES string and it comes back on a digital proof before anything is produced. A newly drawn structure may be quoted as artwork work on top of the standard setup.
What is the minimum order?
25 units, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Per-unit pricing by quantity band is published on Bulk Orders. Below 25 units, request a $25 decorated spec sample or buy at retail.
Can you match our brand colour?
Not as a powder coat on a standard run. Finishes are the five standard matte colours, so the usual approach is the closest finish with the exact brand colour carried on the strap. A fully custom vessel colourway carries a 1,000-unit minimum.
Can we use these as a gift-with-purchase?
Yes. Gift-with-purchase works under this schedule because the vessel is given rather than sold. Carrying it as a retail SKU is a different arrangement — register for a trade account for those terms.
Can you meet a launch or press-send deadline?
Often, but it depends on quantity, decoration and route, so it is confirmed rather than assumed. Domestic stock is fast-turn; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Send your in-hands date with the quantity and what is achievable is confirmed in writing.
Is there an artwork setup charge?
New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup. It is waived on orders of 250+ units and on qualifying exact-repeat artwork, meaning unchanged production artwork. Modified artwork or a complex redraw may be quoted separately.
