What to send
Five things get you a firm quote on the first reply rather than a back-and-forth:
- Quantity — or a range, if the number is still moving
- Required in-hands date — the date you need them delivered, not the date you want to order
- Shipping ZIP code — freight is quoted separately and depends on destination
- Vessel color — Ionic White, Carbon Black, Chlorophyll Green, Quantum Blue, or Cryo Cyan
- Vector logo artwork — .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf. If you only have a raster file, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will engrave.

Organizations buying for their own use
Companies, labs, hospitals, universities, schools, districts, and any organization buying for internal use, gifting, events, recognition, recruitment, or conferences. Minimum 25 units. Retail buyers — museums, gift shops, university stores
Stores reselling the Flask Vessel on a shelf, with or without a store mark. Opening order is 10 units. Retail wholesale pricing is issued directly rather than published, so the terms you buy on are current and matched to your account. Send your resale or exemption certificate and we will return the sheet, the standard assortment with SKUs and GTINs, and decorated retail options. Open a wholesale account to get started.
Promotional-product distributors
ASI, PPAI, and GAPP distributors quoting decorated end-client programs. ASI 43302 · PPAI 905972 · GAPP 211741. Distributor net is issued to verified partners and is for decorated end-client programs only — send your affiliation number and the programme you are quoting. Evaluate one first
A decorated spec sample is $25 — one standard laser-engraved logo, continental U.S. ground shipping included, and the cost is credited toward a qualifying first order. If a committee or a procurement process is involved, order the sample before you request the quote.
See it before you commit
Send artwork to the Mockup Studio and we return a digital rendering of your logo on the vessel within 24–48 hours. There is no cost and no obligation.
What happens next
- Within one business day — an itemized written quote, formatted so it can be attached to a requisition, with a W-9 if you need one for vendor setup
- Digital proof — before anything is produced
- Written in-hands confirmation — the delivery date is confirmed in writing before you commit, not estimated after
We accept purchase orders, government purchase cards and SmartPay, and net 30 on approved institutional accounts. Send a tax exemption certificate with your request and we apply it before invoicing.
