The Flask Vessel is a 440 mL / 15 fl oz double-wall vacuum-insulated 304 stainless steel bottle drawn from the Erlenmeyer form, with engraved measurement detail and a matte powder-coat finish. Minimum order is 25 units and every unit includes one standard body laser-engraved logo. Pricing below is for organizational use — internal teams, gifting, events, recognition, recruitment, conferences — not for retail resale. Freight is quoted separately. Send a quantity and an in-hands date and we return a written quote within one business day.

Optional upgrades
The included logo is a single laser engraving on the body. If you want the piece to carry more than one mark, or to match a brand palette exactly, these are the additions available. All are priced per unit on top of the tier price and confirmed at quote.
Lid-top logo — +$3.00 per unit
A second mark engraved into the top face of the lid. Useful when the body carries the organization's seal and you want a department, team, program, or event mark alongside it — or when a cohort year or competition name belongs on the piece without crowding the primary logo.
Custom strap color — +$3.00 per unit
The carry strap produced in a specified color rather than the standard. This is usually the cheapest way to hit an exact brand color: organizations with published brand standards typically choose the closest powder-coat finish for the body and carry the precise color on the strap. May add lead time.
Full-color strap logo — +$4.00 per unit
A full-color mark printed on the strap. Where laser engraving is monochrome by nature, this is the option that reproduces a logo with multiple colors accurately. May add lead time.
Logo silicone base — +$6.00 per unit
A silicone boot on the base of the vessel carrying your mark. It protects the finish on bench and desk surfaces and adds a third branded surface. The most substantial of the upgrades, and the one that most changes how the finished piece reads in hand.
Full-color UV body logo — +$4.00 per unit
Full-color UV printing on the body in place of, or alongside, the standard engraving. Choose this when the logo depends on color to be recognizable. Engraving remains the more durable option.
Custom vessel colorway — written quote
A powder-coat color produced specifically for your program, outside the five standard finishes. Quantity-dependent and quoted per project.
Artwork and setup
- New artwork setup: $65
- Waived on orders of 250+ units
- Waived on exact-repeat reorders — unchanged production artwork. Modified artwork requires new setup.
Send vector artwork. We return a digital proof before anything is produced. Build a mockup to see your logo on the vessel first.
Production and delivery
Route is selected by quantity, deadline, inventory, decoration, and destination. Domestic stock is evaluated first.
- Domestic stock — fast-turn. U.S. inventory. Timing varies by quantity, decoration, inventory and destination. Freight quoted from the U.S. fulfillment point.
- Planned factory / ocean — approximately 40–45 business days. Roughly 7 business days processing plus 25–35 business days ocean freight, quoted by project and destination.
- Expedited factory / air — project-specific. Domestic stock is evaluated first; air freight and delivery timing confirmed by quote.
Factory-routed bulk projects needing delivery in under about 40 business days may require expedited air. Final in-hands timing is confirmed in writing before you commit.

What is the minimum order?
25 units, at $30.00 per unit, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Below 25 units, order a single $25 spec sample or buy at retail.
Is the logo engraving really included in the unit price?
Yes. One standard body laser-engraved logo is included at every quantity from 25 up. New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup, waived at 250+ units and on exact-repeat reorders. Additional marks — lid, strap, silicone base — are the per-unit upgrades listed above.
How long does a bulk order take?
It depends on route. Domestic stock is fast-turn; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days; expedited air is project-specific. Because approval cycles are usually slower than production, send your in-hands date with the quote request and we confirm the schedule in writing before you commit.
Can we pay by purchase order or government purchase card?
Both. We accept purchase orders with net 30 on approved institutional accounts, government purchase cards and SmartPay, and provide a W-9 for vendor setup. Send a school, district, or institutional tax exemption certificate with your request and we apply it before invoicing.
Is freight included in these prices?
No. Freight is quoted separately in every case, because it depends on quantity, route and destination. Send your shipping ZIP code with the quote request.
Can we buy at these prices to resell?
