Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom branded programs begin at 25 units. Published volume pricing runs from 25 units upward, with written quotes for the largest programs.
Can I see my logo before ordering?
Yes. Send us your logo and we will return a free virtual mockup showing how your brand looks on the Flask Vessel, before you commit to production.
Can I order a physical sample?
Yes. Spec samples are available for project review so your team can handle the product before approving a program. The $25 sample cost is credited toward your first qualifying bulk order.
What decoration methods are available?
Laser engraving is the standard method. Lid marking, strap options and branded presentation packaging are available by project, and full-color decoration is available for qualifying quantities.
Can you support large orders?
Yes. Programs run from small branded runs through to large multi-touchpoint programs with deeper customization, strap work and packaging.
Domestic laser-engraved runs ship in 7–10 days after artwork approval, and typical programs land in 3–4 weeks end to end. Larger overseas production programs run about 5–7 weeks depending on quantity, decoration method, and shipping method.
Can the Flask Vessel be used for conferences and events?
Yes. Conferences, trade shows, symposia, launches and customer events are among the most common programs, and the laboratory-inspired form tends to be kept rather than discarded at the end of the day.
