What you are specifying

A 440 mL / 15 fl oz double-wall vacuum-insulated 304 stainless vessel with permanent laser-engraved calibration markings, leak-resistant lid and carry strap.

WHERE THE MARK GOESLab, department or PI logo on the body, a structure or formula on the lid, brand colour on the strap.

Permanent laser engraving cut through the powder-coated finish of a Flask Vessel — **ENGRAVING, NOT PRINTING**Cut into the powder coat and permanent. The front calibration markings remain on every vessel.

The five Flask Vessel finishes — Ionic White, Carbon Black, Chlorophyll Green, Quantum Blue and Cryo Cyan — **FIVE STANDARD FINISHES**Ionic White, Carbon Black, Chlorophyll Green, Quantum Blue and Cryo Cyan. Availability confirmed at quote.

A molecular structure or formula can be engraved alongside or in place of a wordmark — a fit for a specific lab, project or publication.
Lid-top engraving is an add-on from 50 units; UV body printing, custom strap colours, silicone bases and custom vessel colourways each carry their own higher minimum.
A digital proof is issued before production, and approved artwork is kept on file so a later intake matches the last one.

From requisition to delivery

Quantity and deadline
Send the unit count, required in-hands date, destination ZIP code and vessel finish.
Written quote and artwork
An itemized written quote is issued for the requisition, and vector artwork is set up for proofing.
Proof approval
A digital proof is issued and production begins only once it is approved in writing.
Production and delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before you commit.

Route is selected by quantity, deadline, inventory, decoration and destination, and domestic stock is evaluated first. Domestic stock is fast-turn U.S. inventory; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Expedited air is project-specific. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates. Lab Week and grant-celebration dates are fixed, so send yours early and the schedule is confirmed in writing before you commit.

What is the minimum order?

25 units, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Per-unit pricing by quantity band is published on Bulk Orders. Below 25 units, request a $25 decorated spec sample or buy at retail.

Can you engrave a molecular structure or formula?

Yes. Alongside or in place of a wordmark, a structure or formula can be engraved — a fit for a specific lab, project or publication. A proof is issued before production.

How do we pay — purchase order, card, or invoice?

Purchase orders are accepted. Prepayment is standard for new accounts, and net 30 may be offered once an account is approved. A W-9 is available for vendor setup, and a tax exemption certificate sent with the quote request is applied before invoicing.

Is there an artwork setup charge?

New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup. It is waived on orders of 250+ units and on qualifying exact-repeat artwork, meaning unchanged production artwork. Modified artwork or a complex redraw may be quoted separately.

Why this over standard promotional drinkware?

Most promotional bottles are single-wall and the decoration delaminates, so they get discarded. This is double-wall vacuum-insulated 304 stainless built for daily bench use, with engraving cut into the finish rather than printed on it.
