Flask Vessel · Object 01 · FV-01
≈440 mL / 15 fl oz usable · 304 stainless steel · double-wall vacuum insulated · matte powder coat
Quick care reference
- Wash — hand wash recommended.
- Heat — do not microwave and do not freeze.
- Use — everyday beverages only: water, coffee, tea.
- Chemicals — never use with laboratory chemicals, reagents, corrosive liquids, or experimental substances.
- Lid — secure fully before carrying.
- Finish — avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads.
Cleaning
Fill the vessel with warm or hot water and a small amount of dish soap, secure the lid, and shake vigorously. Empty it and rinse thoroughly. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the powder-coated finish and ensure long-term durability.
For a deeper clean, use a silicone flask brush shaped to reach the interior contours of the vessel. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
Wash the lid separately and clean the threads on both the lid and the neck, where residue collects. Wipe the fabric strap and let it dry fully if it gets wet. Dry everything before storing, and store with the lid off or only loosely fitted.
Use note
The Flask Vessel is not laboratory equipment. It is a drink vessel inspired by laboratory form. It should not be used with laboratory chemicals, reagents, corrosive liquids, or experimental substances.
Capacity
The vessel is built to the exterior dimensions of a 500 mL Erlenmeyer flask, and the engraved graduations follow that form. The double-wall construction and the lid assembly occupy some of the internal volume, so true usable capacity is approximately 440 mL — about 15 fl oz.
Warranty, defects and returns
Care, warranty and returns are three different things.
- Manufacturing defect — a fault in the product as manufactured. Reviewed and resolved case by case; there is no fixed warranty term. Contact support with your order number, a description, and photographs.
- Damaged in transit — contact support as soon as you reasonably can, with your order number and photographs of both the item and the packaging.
- Normal and cosmetic wear — scuffs and finish wear from daily use are expected and are not defects.
- Accidental damage and misuse — drops, dents, and damage from microwaving, freezing, or non-beverage contents are not treated as defects.
- Returns — standard Flask Vessels may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused. Return shipping to our facility is the buyer's responsibility.
- Customized and engraved — custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated. A defective engraved vessel is handled as a defect, not a return.
