We work with university procurement. Purchase orders are welcome, and repeatable programs can reorder against the same artwork at the same pricing. The object is premium enough for donor and alumni gifting, and durable enough for everyday lab and classroom use.
Departmental and grant purchasing
Most orders under $2,500 go straight onto a departmental purchasing card — no purchase order, no vendor setup, and no procurement queue. Our 25-unit minimum is a single case and sits under every purchasing-card limit we have seen at major research universities, so a cohort or lab-group order can be placed by the person who wants it rather than routed through central procurement.
