We work with university procurement. Purchase orders are welcome, and repeatable programs can reorder against the same artwork at the same pricing. The object is premium enough for donor and alumni gifting, and durable enough for everyday lab and classroom use.
Departmental and grant purchasing
A 25-unit minimum is $750 before freight, which sits under the departmental purchasing-card limit at most research universities — no purchase order, no vendor setup, and no procurement queue, so a cohort or lab-group order can often be placed by the person who wants it rather than routed through central procurement. Card limits vary by institution; if yours is lower, tell us and we will quote in a way your department can process.
For larger programs we accept university purchase orders, with net 30 available on approved institutional accounts. A W-9 is provided on request. Send a unit count to info@thecalculatedchemist.com and we will return a written quote within one business day.
