02 · THE KIT
What is included, and what is optional
The vessel, base and brush are the kit. Everything below is an addition priced per vessel and confirmed at quote.
- Five standard finishes: Ionic White, Carbon Black, Chlorophyll Green, Quantum Blue and Cryo Cyan. Availability is confirmed at quote.
- Finishes can be mixed across one order under a single logo setup.
- Standard unbranded silicone bases are available from 25 units. A base carrying your logo is a separate option under its own minimum and per-vessel charge.
- Individual recipient-name engraving is available from a supplied list. It is variable-data work rather than a fixed add-on, so it is quoted per project along with its effect on the schedule.

Kit configuration is confirmed at quote. The published quantity pricing covers the vessel with its standard body logo; accessories and variable-data engraving are quoted on top of it.

From artwork to delivery
Artwork and project details
Send quantity, required in-hands date, destination ZIP code, vessel finishes, vector artwork and any recipient-name list.
Production proof
A digital proof is issued before anything is produced, including the name layout where one applies.
Approval and production
Production begins once the proof is approved in writing. Approved artwork is kept on file so later runs match.
Delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before you commit.
Route is selected by quantity, deadline, inventory, decoration and destination, and domestic stock is evaluated first. Domestic stock is fast-turn U.S. inventory; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Expedited air is project-specific. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates — freight and final in-hands timing are confirmed in writing before you commit.

What is the minimum order for a gift kit program?
25 units, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Below 25, request a $25 decorated spec sample to evaluate the object first, or buy at retail.
Can each kit carry an individual recipient's name?
Yes. Send a name list and each vessel is engraved individually alongside your organization mark. Because this is variable-data work rather than a fixed add-on, it is quoted per project and its effect on the schedule is confirmed with the quote.
Can we mix finishes in one order?
Yes. The five standard finishes can be mixed across a single order under one logo setup, so recipients get variety within one program. Availability of each finish is confirmed at quote.
What exactly is in the kit, and what is extra?
The kit is the Flask Vessel, a standard unbranded silicone protective base and a flask cleaning brush, available from 25 units. One standard body laser-engraved logo is included.
Lid-top engraving, UV body printing, custom strap colors, logo-engraved silicone bases and custom vessel colorways each carry their own minimum and per-vessel charge — those are listed in full on Bulk Orders.
Is there an artwork setup charge?
New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup. It is waived on orders of 250+ units and on qualifying exact-repeat artwork, meaning unchanged production artwork. Modified artwork or a complex redraw may be quoted separately.
Can you meet a holiday or onboarding deadline?
Often, but it depends on quantity, decoration and route, so it is confirmed rather than assumed. Domestic stock is fast-turn; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Recipient-name engraving adds handling that is confirmed with the quote.

Can we pay by purchase order?
Purchase orders are accepted. Prepayment is standard for new accounts, and net 30 may be offered once an account is approved. Send an institutional tax exemption certificate with your quote request and it is applied before invoicing; a W-9 is available for vendor setup.
Can we buy kits at these prices to resell?
No. This schedule is for direct corporate and institutional end use. Promotional-products distributors run on a separate net schedule, and retail resale runs on separate terms again. Register for a trade account and the relevant sheet will be sent.
