- Send a name list with the order. Individual recipient-name engraving is variable-data work, quoted per project rather than at a fixed rate, with its effect on the schedule confirmed at quote.
- The layout is proofed before production, names included.
- Finishes can be mixed across one order under a single logo setup, so recipients get variety within one programme.
- Lid-top engraving is an add-on from 50 units; UV body printing, custom strap colours, silicone bases and custom vessel colourways each carry their own higher minimum.

04 · ORDERING
From headcount to delivery
Headcount and deadline
Send the headcount, required in-hands date, destination ZIP code, finish and any name list.
Production proof
A digital proof is issued before anything is produced, including the name layout where one applies.
Approval and production
Production begins once the proof is approved in writing. Artwork is kept on file for the next cycle.
Delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before you commit.
Route is selected by quantity, deadline, inventory, decoration and destination, and domestic stock is evaluated first. Domestic stock is fast-turn U.S. inventory; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Recipient-name engraving adds handling confirmed with the quote. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates — Employee Appreciation Day and year-end are fixed, so send your date early and the schedule is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Can each vessel carry a different employee's name?
Yes. Send a name list and each vessel is engraved individually alongside your company mark, with the layout proofed before production. Because this is variable-data work rather than a fixed add-on, it is quoted per project.
What is the minimum order?
25 units, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Per-unit pricing by quantity band is published on Bulk Orders. Below 25 units, request a $25 decorated spec sample or buy at retail.
Can you meet Employee Appreciation Day or a year-end deadline?
Often, but it depends on quantity, decoration and route, so it is confirmed rather than assumed. Domestic stock is fast-turn; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days, and name engraving adds handling. Send your in-hands date with the headcount and what is achievable is confirmed in writing.
What if we would rather let people choose?
A digital gift card is delivered by email, spends against the full catalogue and carries no expiry. It needs no name list, no finish decision and no lead time. For a uniform engraved set across a team, request a quote instead.
Is there an artwork setup charge?
New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup. It is waived on orders of 250+ units and on qualifying exact-repeat artwork, meaning unchanged production artwork. Modified artwork or a complex redraw may be quoted separately.
Why this over standard promotional drinkware?
Most promotional bottles are single-wall and the decoration delaminates, so they get discarded — which rather defeats the gesture. This is double-wall vacuum-insulated 304 stainless with engraving cut into the finish.
