Permanent laser engraving cut through the powder-coated finish of a Flask Vessel — **ENGRAVED, NEVER PRINTED**The mark is cut into the powder coat, so it will not wash off in a shared lab.

Five engraving styles — Technical, Classic, Signature, Minimal and Editorial — each shown with the same name — **NAMES AND MESSAGES**A department name, individual names, or a Lab Week message, in a chosen engraving style.

FREIGHT: Quoted separately by route and destination
PURCHASE ORDERS: Accepted. Prepayment is standard for new accounts; net 30 may be offered once an account is approved.

04 · ORDERING

Planning against a late-April date

Send the unit count, required in-hands date, destination ZIP code, finish and any name list.
Production proof
A digital proof is issued before anything is produced, so the engraving is approved first.
Approval and production
Production begins once the proof is approved in writing. Artwork is kept on file for next year.
Delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before you commit.

Domestic stock is fast-turn U.S. inventory and is evaluated first; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Expedited air is project-specific. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates. Lab Week does not move, so start the quote and proof in early April to leave room for approval and shipping, and the schedule is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order?

25 units, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Per-unit pricing by quantity band is published on Bulk Orders. Below 25 units, a $25 spec sample lets you check engraving and finish first, credited toward a qualifying first order.

Can you meet the late-April Lab Week deadline?

Usually, with lead time. Domestic stock is fast-turn once artwork is approved, so starting the quote and proof in early April leaves room for approval and shipping.

It still depends on quantity, decoration and route, so send your in-hands date with the quantity and what is achievable is confirmed in writing before you commit.

How is the logo applied?

By laser engraving cut into the powder-coated finish — never printed. It is permanent, will not peel or fade, and holds up to daily lab use and washing.

Our headcount keeps changing. What then?

A digital gift card needs no roster, no finish decision and no lead time — it is issued by email once the order clears, and carries no expiry. For twenty-five or more engraved vessels, request a quote instead.

Is there an artwork setup charge?

New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup. It is waived on orders of 250+ units and on qualifying exact-repeat artwork, meaning unchanged production artwork — so next year's run against the same mark may not carry it again.
