Engraving is cut into the powder coat rather than printed, so the mark does not wear off in daily use.
- Finishes can be mixed across one order under a single logo setup, which suits a multi-region meeting.
- Lid-top engraving is an add-on from 50 units; UV body printing, custom strap colours, silicone bases and custom vessel colourways each carry their own higher minimum.
- A digital proof is issued before production, and approved artwork is kept on file so a later run matches.

Production begins once the proof is approved in writing. Artwork is kept on file so regions match.
Delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before you commit.
Route is selected by quantity, deadline, inventory, decoration and destination, and domestic stock is evaluated first. Domestic stock is fast-turn U.S. inventory; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Expedited air is project-specific. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates. Launch and congress dates are fixed, so send yours early and the schedule is confirmed in writing before you commit.

What is the minimum order?
25 units, with one standard body laser-engraved logo included. Per-unit pricing by quantity band is published on Bulk Orders. Below 25 units, request a $25 decorated spec sample or buy at retail.
Can you support a multi-region sales meeting?
Yes. Pricing scales with quantity, and the five finishes can be mixed across a single order under one logo setup, so regions can differ visually while staying one programme.
Can these be given to healthcare professionals?
That is your compliance team's call under the AdvaMed Code, not ours to assume. These programmes are built for internal teams, partners and event attendees by default. Tell us who the recipients are and we will work within the rules you are held to.
Can you meet a launch or congress deadline?
Often, but it depends on quantity, decoration and route, so it is confirmed rather than assumed. Domestic stock is fast-turn; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. Send your in-hands date with the quantity and what is achievable is confirmed in writing.
Is there an artwork setup charge?
New artwork carries a one-time $65 setup. It is waived on orders of 250+ units and on qualifying exact-repeat artwork, meaning unchanged production artwork. Modified artwork or a complex redraw may be quoted separately.
Why this over standard promotional drinkware?
Most promotional bottles are single-wall and the decoration delaminates. This is double-wall vacuum-insulated 304 stainless with engraving cut into the finish — for an audience that works to spec, the build is the argument.
