What a school can specify
A 440 mL / 15 fl oz double-wall vacuum-insulated 304 stainless vessel with permanent laser-engraved calibration markings, leak-resistant lid and carry strap.
- Award runs can carry a year, cohort or competition name.
- Individual recipient-name engraving from a supplied list is variable-data work, quoted per project rather than at a fixed rate.
- Lid-top engraving is an add-on from 50 units; UV body printing, custom strap colours, silicone bases and custom vessel colourways each carry their own higher minimum.
- A digital proof is issued before production, and approved artwork is kept on file so next year's run matches.

Fiscal year end. Many districts close books on 30 June. If you are spending down a remaining balance, send the quantity and the date the funds expire and we will confirm whether the run can be produced and invoiced in time.
Card programmes, approval thresholds and purchasing routes differ at every district and we do not assume yours. Tell us how your school needs to pay and what the quote has to show, and it is issued to match.

Quantity and deadline
Send the unit count, required in-hands date, destination ZIP code, finish and the school mark.
Written quote
An itemized written quote is returned for the requisition, with the W-9 and exemption applied as needed.
Proof approval
A digital proof is issued and production begins only once it is approved in writing.
Production and delivery
Freight is quoted by route and destination and confirmed before the school commits.
The dates that matter most are teacher appreciation week in early May, end-of-year recognition in late May and June, and back-to-school onboarding in August. District approval cycles are slower than production, so start the quote four to six weeks out rather than two. Domestic stock is fast-turn; planned factory production via ocean runs about 40–45 business days. These are production and transit estimates, not arrival dates, confirmed in writing before you commit.
School store or campus shop?
Buying to resell rather than to recognise runs on separate terms from this institutional schedule. Register for a trade account and the relevant sheet will be sent.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
25 units — usually a department, a coaching staff or an award cohort. Per-unit pricing by quantity band is published on Bulk Orders. Below 25 units, request a $25 decorated spec sample or buy at retail.
Can we pay with a purchase order or a school card?
School and district purchase orders are accepted. Prepayment is standard for new accounts, and net 30 may be offered once an account is approved. A W-9 is available for vendor setup.

Can you handle our tax exemption?
Yes. Send your school or district exemption certificate along with the quote request and it is applied before the invoice is issued.
Can you meet teacher appreciation week or an end-of-year deadline?
Often, but it depends on quantity, decoration and route, so it is confirmed rather than assumed. Because district approval takes longer than production does, send your in-hands date four to six weeks out and the schedule is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Is this appropriate as a student gift?
